Kim Hansert

Kim Hansert has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

In 2012, they started their career as a Customer Support Inbound at walter services GmbH.

In 2013, they worked as a Customer Support at Physio-Prax-Frech Rastatt and later transitioned to becoming an Industrial Business Manager for International Marketing at SWARCO DAMBACH GmBH until 2015.

From 2015 to 2020, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and then as an Operations Manager and HR Manager at FREIRAUM Rastatt GmbH.

In 2020, they joined Swoop, Inc as a Financial Analyst in Payment Operations and stayed until 2023.

Currently, they hold the role of Chief of Staff at Mainteny since May 2023.

Throughout their career, they also worked as a Writer for TOMORROW Magazine in 2021.

Kim Hansert has a comprehensive education history that includes multiple degrees and certifications.

From 2018 to 2020, Kim studied at the University of Koblenz and Landau, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Psychology. This program focused on the field of study in Psychology.

Prior to their master's program, from 2015 to 2018, Kim also attended the University of Koblenz and Landau and successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology.

Before entering university, from 2013 to 2015, Kim attended Ludwig-Erhard-Schule Karlsruhe, where they pursued Industrial Business Manager studies with a focus on International Marketing and Foreign Trade.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kim has also acquired several certifications. In November 2021, they completed a JavaScript Course at Codecademy. They obtained a certification in Psychological First Aid from Coursera in April 2020. In February 2020, they completed a training program titled "Entwicklung und Durchführung eines Trainings für Führungskräfte" at Polizeipräsidium Rheinpfalz. Lastly, in November 2012, they obtained a certification in "Erfolgreiche Kundenkommunikation" from walter services GmbH.
