Bill Thielman has extensive work experience in financial and accounting roles. Bill started their career as a Financial Analyst at Sherwin-Williams in 1990 and worked their way up to become a Manager of Accounts Payable, where they implemented automated systems and streamlined processes. Bill also served as a Senior Financial Analyst, analyzing the impact of financial and operational programs on working capital and expenses. Bill then moved to Clinical Research Management, where they were the Controller responsible for financial reporting, cash management, and budgeting. After that, they joined Multilink Inc. as a Controller and later joined Mainthia Technologies, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer. Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated strong financial analysis skills, process improvement abilities, and expertise in managing financial operations.
Bill Thielman attended Bowling Green State University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Bill later obtained the CPA certification from the Accountancy Board of Ohio.
