Juho Häyrynen

Juho Häyrynen is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at Maire since August 2025, where the focus is on empowering retailers through innovative SaaS solutions and the integration of AI to enhance decision-making processes. Prior to Maire, Häyrynen held key positions at VALA from June 2018 to August 2025, initially as Head of Sales, overseeing a €14 million professional services business and managing a sales team, and later as Customer Experience Manager, concentrating on software development and quality assurance. Previous experience includes roles at Visma as Partner Manager and Product Specialist from June 2015 to April 2018, providing cloud solutions for business management and project oversight, as well as a tenure at IBM Finland as a Sales and Marketing Trainee from June 2014 to June 2015, and at the Finnish Defence Forces in various capacities. Juho Häyrynen holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from LUT University, completed in 2016.
