Oscar Das Neves

Oscar DAS NEVES is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management. Currently serving as a Conseiller en prévention at the Mairie du Blanc-Mesnil since January 2023, Oscar oversees the health and well-being service within the human resources department. Previously, from October 2019 to December 2022, Oscar held the same title at the Mairie de Drancy, focusing on the safety, health, and environmental needs of city employees. Additional experience includes an internship under the HSE France manager at Logista France and a civic service with the Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris. Oscar started a career as a Préventeur HSE with Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France. Educational background comprises a Master's degree in Maintenance Quality Security Environment, a Bachelor's degree in Property and Personal Security, and a DUT in Hygiene Safety Environment, all obtained at Université Paris 13.
