James O.

James O. is an experienced professional in product management and operations, currently serving as the Android Product Manager for Africa at Maisha Meds since January 2017. Under James O.'s leadership, Maisha Meds has enhanced healthcare access for over 3 million patients across more than 1800 pharmacies in several African countries. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Senior Engagement Associate, where James O. was instrumental in product improvements and client satisfaction. Additionally, experience as a Research Assistant with CGIAR focused on climate-smart agriculture and internships at DHL Global Forwarding and Mumias Sugar Company provided foundational skills in logistics, customer service, and data management. James O. holds a Master’s Degree in Climate Change Adaptation from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Energy & Climate Change Science from Moi University, and is currently participating in a Professional Fellowship Program at Unlock Impact.
