John Caro has worked in a variety of roles across a number of companies. John began their career in 2005 as a Central Nervous System Marketing Intern at GSK. In 2006, they moved to Unilever where they held various positions, such as Digital Marketing Lead: Foods&Refreshments SEA, Senior Regional Brand Manager - Bango SoySauce& LadysChoice Mayo SEA, Regional Brand Manager - Knorr SEA, Brand Manager - Selecta Walls Ice Cream Philippines, and Assistant Brand Buildling Manager - Knorr Philippines, as well as a Management Trainee. In 2017, they became a Restaurateur & Partner at Yolk Philippines. The following year, they were an Advisor & Partner at Healthzilla: Healthy Habits. In 2019, they were CMO, Advisor & Partner at Maison 21G. Currently, they are the Marketing Director for South East Asia, New Zealand & Australia at RELX International, where they are promoting their "No Smoke, No Ash" campaign.
John Caro attended the International Philippine School in Jeddah from 1990 to 2002. John then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of the Philippines from 2002 to 2006.
