Alice Gould

Alice Gould is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Maison Estelle and Estelle Manor since October 2024. Prior to this, Alice held the position of Director of Sales at The Savoy, where key responsibilities included managing entertainment and wholesale accounts, as well as leisure clients from the US West Coast. Experience also includes roles as Assistant Director of Sales at The Langham, London, focusing on new client acquisition in the travel and entertainment sectors, and Senior Sales Manager at Rosewood London, where Alice managed UK groups and drove revenue growth through strategic account management. Previous roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and The Sheraton Skyline Hotel further solidified Alice’s expertise in business development and sales strategy. Education includes a BA Hons in Geography from Durham University.
