Mathieu Soulard

Mathieu Soulard is an experienced operations director with a robust background in industrial management and logistics. Currently serving as Directeur des Opérations and Directeur de Site industriel et Logistique at Maison Johanès Boubée since July 2014, Mathieu oversees wine conditioning and distribution for Carrefour, managing a team of 90 personnel. Prior to this role, Mathieu held multiple positions at SNWM from April 2008 to July 2014, including Responsable d'Etablissement and Responsable Production, where expertise in automotive components manufacturing was demonstrated. Earlier experience at PSA Peugeot Citroen from 2000 to 2008 as Responsable Maintenance / Qualité Atelier Ferrage involved managing an annual budget of 10 million euros and supervising a team of 110 technicians responsible for a sophisticated fleet of robots and handling equipment. Mathieu holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste with a specialization in production industrielle from Ecole centrale de Lille.
