Christophe Rouault

Christophe Rouault has extensive experience in the bakery sector, currently serving as responsable métier boulangerie at Maison Kayser France since December 2011. Prior to this role, Christophe was chef de production boulangerie at le quatier du pain from September 2010 to November 2011, under the ownership of Frederic Lalos (MOF). Earlier experience includes serving as adjoint boulanger at maison kayser from February 2009 to August 2010.
