Kaltoum BASSIERE has extensive experience in retail and hospitality management, currently serving as Responsable boutique Duroc at Maison Kayser France since January 2019, overseeing a team of 15 in production and sales. Prior to this role, Kaltoum was responsible for a boutique at Maison Kayser Commerce from December 2013 to January 2019, managing an 8-member sales team and coordinating customer and supplier orders. Kaltoum also held the position of adjointe Boutique at Maison Kayser France from October 2012 to November 2013, focusing on training and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards for a team of five. Earlier experience includes roles as Maître d’hôtel and responsible boutique for GROUPE FLO from May 2008 to October 2012, where Kaltoum managed service teams and contributed to the efficient operation of high-volume dining services.
