Raffaele Ilardo

Raffaele Ilardo has extensive experience in fashion design and creative direction, currently serving as Vice President of Design at Carolina Herrera since September 2016, responsible for overseeing all collections including ready-to-wear and bridal. Additionally, Raffaele Ilardo has held multiple roles at Maison Margiela since December 2017, focusing on studio creativity and technical advice for couture and Ready-to-Wear for both women and men. Previous experience includes positions as Creative Advisor and Director of the Atelier at prominent brands such as Oscar de la Renta, Christian Dior Couture, and CHANEL, with tenures spanning from 1993 to 2014.
