Carlos de la Lama has held various roles in the corporate world since 2016. In 2021, they are currently the Manager and Digital Marketing Strategist at Maison MRKT. Prior to this, they were a Corporate Private Funds and M&A Legal Assistant at Clifford Chance from 2019 to 2021. From 2018 to 2019, they were an Account Executive at Simplifeye. In 2017, they were a Business Analyst Intern at Aguirre y Cía SA, where they oversaw the commercial transportation of athletic apparel and retail products between factories in China and clients in Europe as part of Production Team. In 2016, they were a Project Management and Legal Intern at General Energy Solutions USA, LLC, where they managed the development of a 21.56MW solar project in Hermosillo, Mexico, leading construction, legal, and commercial transportation operations and co-led the Project Team to sell this project for $22 million.
Carlos de la Lama began their education in 2010 when they earned their High School Diploma from The Bishop's School in La Jolla, CA. From 2014 to 2018, they attended Middlebury College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese Language & Literature. During their time at Middlebury, Carlos also completed semesters abroad at Capital Normal University in Beijing, China and Zhejiang University of Technology in Hangzhou, China. In 2021, Carlos obtained a Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate certification from Facebook. In 2022, they obtained a Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional, and Shopping Ads Certification, all from Google.
