Gauthier Ismail possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the seafood and entrepreneurial sectors. Since 2005, Gauthier has served as Président du conseil d’administration and Président du directoire at R&O Seafood Gastronomy, the leading operator in the French seafood market. Additionally, Gauthier leads OSO, a production hub in Madagascar focused on sustainable seafood practices, while also being the founder of Origins, an initiative promoting investment in East Africa. Previous roles include serving as a member of the Comité de Surveillance at Speedy France and as Group Financial Controller at Groupe SOCOTA. Gauthier began a career in consulting with PwC in crisis management. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Finance from emlyon business school and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, complemented by a pilot license from American Flyers.
