Benoit Carrelet

Benoit Carrelet is an experienced professional in the field of production management and product engineering. Currently serving as Directeur de production at Maison Roches since March 2019, Benoit previously held the position of Directeur de site industriel at EASYBIKE GROUP from March 2014 to March 2019, where significant achievements included recruiting and training teams, resulting in a fivefold increase in staff. Prior experience at DECATHLON FRANCE from 2005 to March 2014 encompassed roles as an Ingénieur produits, where Benoit was responsible for electric bike technical management and project management, as well as an Ingénieur produit et composants for the V’Lille project, and an Apprenti ingénieur that included continuous improvement efforts, with a six-month stint in China. Benoit holds degrees from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, including a BTS in Génie Mécanique, Productique, earned between 2003 and 2008.
