Kim Jacobs

Kim Jacobs has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career as a waitress at Van der Valk Hotel in 2011 and then worked as a financial committee member at R.S.V. Sanctus Laurentius in 2014. In 2015, Kim became a tutor at AFTER'S COOL and later joined Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University as a research assistant in 2016. They also worked as a big data intern at MetrixLab from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, Kim worked as a student consultant at Creativity Pools, providing business insights and ideas. They then joined ADARA, Inc. as a data science intern in 2019, focusing on extracting and organizing data for modeling purposes.

From 2019 onwards, Kim worked at Maistering B.V., initially as an AI intern, developing tools to support executive decision-making. They later became a graduate intern, contributing to research and development in data analysis and software development. Kim then transitioned to the role of AI engineer, where they worked on developing AI-driven solutions to optimize operational efficiency. Most recently, they served as the Director of Sustainability Business at Maistering, overseeing the launch of MasterSustainability, a suite of comprehensive Sustainability Solutions.

Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated a strong expertise in artificial intelligence, data analysis, and software development, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative technologies. They have also gained experience in project management, stakeholder communication, and strategic thinking.

Kim Jacobs has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, which they obtained in 2017. Kim also completed a Pre-Master program in Econometrics and Management Science at Erasmus School of Economics in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Kim pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Econometrics and Management Science at Erasmus School of Economics. In 2015, they had a Bachelor exchange program at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Prior to their university studies, Kim completed their Gymnasium education in Natuur en Gezondheid & Natuur en Techniek at Maurick College, Vught from 2007 to 2013. In 2016, they also obtained a proficiency certification in Financial Accounting - Bronze Level from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
