Robert Watt

Robert Watt is a barrister at Maitland since September 2023. Prior to this role, Robert held multiple academic positions, including Lecturer in Politics at both Christ Church, Oxford and Trinity College Oxford from October 2020 to September 2023. Additionally, Robert served as Departmental Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Oxford from January 2019 to September 2020 and as Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Cambridge from December 2016 to December 2018. Robert's academic career began at Christ Church, Oxford, where Robert was a Lecturer in Philosophy and Junior Research Fellow from October 2012 to December 2016. Robert's educational background includes completing the Bar Practice Course at The University of Law, a Graduate Diploma in Law at Oxford Brookes University, and multiple degrees in philosophy and politics from the University of Oxford, culminating in a PhD.
