Dr. Michaela Weigel-Krusemarck currently serves as a partner and patent attorney at Maiwald Intellectual Property since October 2023, having previously held the position of associate partner and patent attorney at HOFFMANN EITLE from April 2011 to July 2023. Dr. Weigel-Krusemarck has been a practicing patent attorney since 2015 and is also a European Patent Attorney. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Medical Physics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, a Diplom-Physiker degree from the University of Bayreuth, and an Erasmus exchange at the University of Exeter. Additional education includes training at FernUniversität in Hagen and Landgericht München I.
