Michele Scian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic design and innovation management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at MAIZE, Michele focuses on exploring cultures and technologies to drive sustainable growth. Prior experience includes managerial roles at H-FARM, where contributions spanned strategy, innovation culture, and business analysis, including the foundation of H-CAMP, a leading European acceleration program. Michele also played a crucial role in winning the bid for the FIS Alpine World Ski Championship with Fondazione Cortina and has experience in startup coaching and event management. Education includes a MasterLab in Digital Economics & Entrepreneurship from H-FARM College and a degree in Communication and Advertising from Università degli Studi di Trieste.
