Ekansh Gupta is an experienced professional with a robust background in philanthropy, program management, and financial resilience. Currently serving as a Grants Review and Fundraising Volunteer at Majblomman Stockholm and as an Advisor for both the DeepRanjani Foundation's Financial Resilience Model and the Aahan Foundation For Social Change's Strategic Alliances, Ekansh is focused on institutional financial resilience and strategic partnerships. Previously, as Team Lead for the Rebuild India Fund at Dasra, Ekansh managed a $50 million fund with an emphasis on flexible, long-term funding while also advancing digital grant management and capacity-building efforts. Ekansh's early career included roles at Arghyam, Claro Energy, and ACCESS Development Services, where responsibilities covered grant management, advocacy, and research in water and social sectors. Ekansh holds an MBA in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand and a BTech in Computer Science Engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology.
