Izik Gutkin

Izik Gutkin is a Corporate/In-House Attorney at Majesco, where responsibilities include drafting and revising a variety of legal documents, guiding corporate stakeholders on compliance and intellectual property matters, and preparing corporate materials. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, focusing on defending insureds in litigation and corporate compliance. Judicial law clerk positions were held at both the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division and Civil Division, where Izik drafted memoranda and judicial opinions. Additional experience encompasses internships that provided exposure to mediation and legal research. Izik holds a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
