Jennifer Messersmith

Jennifer Messersmith has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jennifer is currently the Chief Learning Officer at Majesco, a role they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President of L&AH Delivery at Majesco from January 2021 to July 2023. Jennifer also spent a significant portion of their career at Nationwide Insurance, where they started as an Associate Vice President of IT Program Management in March 2006 and held the position until January 2021. Before joining Nationwide Insurance, they worked as a Vice President at Chase Home Mortgage from August 2003 to March 2006. Jennifer's early career included a role as a Program Manager at Elsevier from August 2002 to July 2003, and they also gained valuable experience as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP from August 1992 to July 2002.

Jennifer Messersmith attended the University of Dayton from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
