Mohamed Shannan

Mohamed Shannan has a diverse work experience in the field of Android development. Mohamed is currently working as an Android Engineer at Majestyk Apps since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Instabug as an Android Engineer from March 2021 to February 2022.

Before their current roles, Mohamed held various positions at Masary Egypt. Mohamed served as an Android Team Lead from August 2019 to February 2021 and as a Senior Android Developer from January 2019 to August 2019.

In 2017, Mohamed worked as a Senior Android Developer at Grapes'n'Berries - Egypt, where they led a small team and actively participated in the development of the sport360 mobile app.

Mohamed also gained experience as an Android Developer at Safa Solutions from October 2017 to January 2019. During their time there, they were responsible for developing and maintaining the company's apps for booking and managing Hajj and Umrah trips.

As a freelancer, Mohamed worked as an Android Developer from November 2015 to December 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Android Developer at Code95 from May 2016 to October 2017 and as a Software Developer at Business Time from November 2015 to May 2016.

Mohamed's career began in the Egyptian Armed Forces, where they worked as an Officer from 2011 to 2014.

Mohamed Shannan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Informatics with a field of study in Information Systems from Suez Canal University between 2004 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned several certifications including "Java: Data Structures" from LinkedIn in February 2021, "Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems: Part 2" from Coursera Course Certificates in November 2015, "Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems: Part 1" from Coursera Course Certificates in June 2015, "Codility Silver Award for the Grand Challenge Challenge" from Codility in September 2018, and "Developing Android Apps" from Udacity in February 2016.
