Dan Hill

Dan Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the retail and mixed-use development sector. Currently serving as Managing Director of Shopping Malls Development at Majid Al Futtaim since May 2021, Dan leads a team focused on greenfield developments and strategic redevelopments across the Middle East and North Africa. Previous roles include Head of Design, Development and Construction at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where responsibility encompassed overseeing U.S. teams and defining development strategies. Prior to this, Dan held several positions at Majid Al Futtaim and Forest City Realty Trust, managing significant projects in retail and residential sectors, including the Mall of the Emirates. Dan has a Master's degree in Architecture from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Kentucky.
