Fatima Zada

Fatima Zada is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as Acting Chief Technology Officer at Majid Al Futtaim since May 2019, Fatima has previously held significant positions including Board Member and Director of Technology and Innovation at Harvey Nichols from January 2015 to May 2019, and Director of IT Integrated Services at Burberry from January 2007 to January 2015. Fatima's expertise spans IT integrated services, programme management, and business analysis, beginning with a role as Business Analyst at French Connection from 2005 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Global Executive PhD from ESCP Business School, a Master's degree in Management Research from the same institution, and a BSc Honours Degree in Computer Science from Brunel University London. Additional professional development includes participation in the Oxford Enterprise Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Fatima has also obtained SAP Integration Certification between 2004 and 2005.
