Issam Zaghloul

Issam Zaghloul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data protection, governance, and information security. Currently serving as Vice President of Data Protection and Governance at Majid Al Futtaim since November 2015, Issam has also held prior roles including Head of Data Protection and Governance and Head of Information Security. From September 2010 to October 2015, Issam was Senior Manager for IT Audit and Information Security at National Holding, a major conglomerate in the Middle East and North Africa. Additionally, Issam served as Chief IT Auditor at the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai from February 2007 to September 2010 and worked as a Senior IT Auditor at The Housing Bank for Trade & Finance in Jordan between May 2002 and January 2007. Academic credentials include a Master's degree from The London School of Economics and multiple certifications from the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on technology strategy and artificial intelligence. Issam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Jordan.
