Mamadou Diakho is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in optimizing inventory management and enhancing customer satisfaction. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Supply & Demand Planning at Majid Al Futtaim since July 2014, Mamadou has successfully led teams in balancing supply and consumer demand through advanced forecasting and collaborative strategies. Previous roles include establishing a comprehensive supply chain department in Iraq and managing private label growth, demonstrating a strong capacity for operational excellence and cost efficiency. Early career experience includes procurement roles at TNT Express International and Decathlon Italia, where Mamadou implemented strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives, achieving significant cost savings and improved sustainability. Mamadou holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from SKEMA Business School and a Master's degree in International Business Strategy from OMNES Education.
