Mikko Forsström

Mikko Forsström currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Majid Al Futtaim since November 2024, following a distinguished tenure in various leadership roles within the retail sector. Prior to this, Forsström held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Lidl Suomi from October 2019 to October 2024 and served as Board Member Buying & Marketing (CCO) at Lidl Danmark from January 2017 to October 2019. Earlier experience includes directing Private Label Projects at EMD AG and working as Purchasing Manager at Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG. Educationally, Forsström earned a Master’s degree in Operations Management from Aalto University and completed certification as a Board Member through Tampereen kauppakamari.
