Raffy Karamanian

Raffy Karamanian is a seasoned financial technology executive with extensive experience in driving fintech strategies and digital banking transformations. Currently serving as Vice President – Group Fintech Solutions and Head of Fintech Lab at Majid Al Futtaim since October 2020, Raffy leads a high-performing team to develop innovative fintech solutions, including SHAREPay and Carrefour Wallet, while enhancing customer experiences and business growth. As an Advisory Council Member for Fintech Tuesdays since May 2023, Raffy contributes to the advancement of the fintech ecosystem in the UAE. Previously, a notable tenure at Bank Audi saw Raffy establish a digital banking department, restructure retail operations, and launch innovative banking solutions across multiple markets. Educational achievements include an Executive MBA from IE Business School and further studies at Fudan University and The City University of New York.
