Salome Mildiani

Salome Mildiani is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Head of Food Safety and Quality at Majid Al Futtaim since July 2019. Previously held various roles at the same company, including Quality and Hygiene Operational Manager, Quality & Hygiene Manager, and Hygiene Officer. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Food Safety Officer at the LEPL National Food Agency from December 2018 to June 2019. Salome is pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainable Food Processing at University College Dublin and holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science with Business from the University of Reading, where studies also included an International Foundation Programme in Food Science.
