Tamer Hassan

Tamer Hassan currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Capital & Human Capital Service Delivery at Majid Al Futtaim, where responsibilities include designing a robust people strategy and collaborating with leadership to enhance organizational capabilities. Prior experience includes serving as Senior HR Business Partner for Ericsson in the Middle East, where contributions were made towards workforce strategy and global HR functions. Tamer has also held leadership roles in HR at Orascom Construction Industries, CEMEX, and Veolia, focusing on training development, recruitment, and HR function establishment in the UAE and Gulf Region. Educational background includes completion of an Executive Development Programme at INSEAD and a diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
