Waquas Imam

Waquas Imam has extensive experience in ecommerce and supply chain operations, currently serving as the Head of Ecommerce Operations at Majid Al Futtaim since August 2021, where significant improvements in fulfillment KPIs and delivery promise times were achieved, alongside a reduction in operational costs. Waquas also holds the position of Director of Supply Chain Operations at Bagallery, focused on establishing warehouses and optimizing operational processes. Prior to these roles, significant contributions were made at Daraz as Regional Head of Marketplace, leading the transition to a marketplace model and driving improvements in seller management. Waquas's earlier career includes roles at ItCompletes, TradeKey, and IBEX | Global, supported by a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karachi University.
