Wasim Maghmoumeh

Wasim Maghmoumeh, LL.M., MBA, is an experienced legal professional with extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Head of Legal for the Development Business at Majid Al Futtaim since August 2025, Wasim previously held significant positions at DAMAC Properties, including Assistant Vice President and Senior Director of Legal. Additional experience includes roles as Counsel at Argentum Law, General Counsel at Amlak Finance, and Head of Legal Department at Al Mazaya Real Estate. Wasim began a legal career as a Litigation Lawyer at Al Taweel Law and a Paralegal at Mashhadi Law Office. Educational qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and multiple advanced degrees in law from Beirut Arab University and Damascus University.
