Melva Pete

Melva Pete has over 20 years of experience in human resources. From 2020 to present, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Breakthru Beverage Missouri, where they were responsible for strategic leadership and management of HR functions. Prior to this, Melva worked as a Human Resources Executive in 2020, Vice President of Human Resources at SAK Construction, LLC from 2016 to 2020, and Vice President of Human Resources at Bi-State Develpment Agency/Metro from 2007 to 2016. Melva also has experience as a Human Resources Professional at Bayer Corporation and as a Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Angelica Corporation.

Melva Pete holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources/Business Administration from Webster University. Melva also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. In addition, they hold certifications as a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from HRCI and as a SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
