Jeremy Schrager

Jeremy Schrager is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in kitchen operations and management. Currently serving as the Culinary Operations Manager at Major Food Group since October 2016, Jeremy has played a key role in overseeing kitchen operations at the original Parm locations and managing scheduling for multiple back-of-house staff teams. Previous positions include Line Cook, where responsibilities involved preparing dishes and maintaining cleanliness across five restaurants, and Teaching Assistant at Istituto Comprensivo II in Italy, assisting middle school students with English. Jeremy's background also includes roles as Grill Cook and Sauté Cook at Pangaea Restaurant and experience in various capacities such as Snack Bar Cook at Bennington College and Archivist at ARChive of Contemporary Music. Jeremy holds a Liberal Arts Degree from Bennington College, with a focus on Mathematics and Italian Language.
