Amy J. Hever

Amy "Emiko" J. Hever is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various nonprofit organizations and institutions. Since May 2021, Amy has served as Executive Director for both the Major League Baseball Players Trust and the Players Trust, the official nonprofit of the MLB Players Association. Prior to this, Amy held the position of Executive Vice President of Social Responsibility at the Philadelphia 76ers from October 2014 to June 2020. Amy's career also includes key roles at the Smithsonian Institution, SCHOOLHOUSE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM & LEARNING CENTER, Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, Cathedral Foundation, and The Scripps Research Institute. Amy's comprehensive skills in fundraising strategy development, program management, and community engagement are complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in History and East Asian Studies from Binghamton University.
