Justin Geale is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at Major League Cricket, a position held since May 2020. Previously, Justin managed broadcast venue operations for the Rugby World Cup at IMG Media for a brief period in late 2019. With extensive experience at IMG from 2013 to 2019, Justin served as Director and Senior Manager of Cricket and Operations for the Indian Premier League and worked as an Operations Consultant for the Caribbean Premier League. Early in 2013, Justin contributed to the England & Wales Cricket Board handling logistics for the ICC Champions Trophy and liaised with Australia A during their UK tour. Additional roles include Project Lead for the Capital One Cup Final at Kempster and various positions at Chelsea Magazines and Ad Sales Connect. Justin's career began at Fairfax Media as an Agency Account Manager, and educational qualifications include an Associate Diploma in Marketing from Williams Business College.
