Colin Hawley has extensive experience in communications, advocacy, and broadcasting. Currently serving as a Communications Consultant and Legislative Aide at the California State Assembly, Colin has also worked as a Broadcast Journalist at Major League Rugby and a Rugby Broadcaster for Pac-12 Networks since 2014. As a co-founder of Viking Decoy Company, Colin helped introduce the first commercial-grade windsock. Previous roles include Legislative Advocate at Arc Strategies, Enterprise Business Development at ServiceTitan, and various positions in business development and project management. Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley.

Major League Rugby
