Jonathan Cooper

Jonathan Cooper is an Associate Attorney at FizerBeck since August 2022, specializing in estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration with a focus on gift and estate tax matters. Additionally, Jonathan serves as an Assistant Referee and Citing Commissioner for Major League Rugby since February 2023, and has been a referee with USA Rugby since October 2017, overseeing various levels of matches including youth and club competitions. Previous experience includes roles as a Student Library Assistant at Baylor University School of Law, Summer Law Clerk positions for FizerBeck and Magistrate Judge Nowak at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and supporting students with disabilities at Baylor University. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Law degree from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Baylor University.
