Mike Tolkin is an accomplished rugby professional with extensive experience in coaching and management across various organizations. Currently serving as General Manager for Premier Rugby Sevens since December 2020 and a Rugby Analyst for Major League Rugby since February 2020, Tolkin has a background that includes directing coaching for USA Rugby's Men's U-20s and U23s, and a coaching role at World Rugby's North American Rugby Academy. Previous positions include Head Coach for Rugby United New York, Partner and General Manager at American Rugby Holdings, and Head Coach for the United States Men's National Rugby Team. Tolkin's coaching achievements encompass leading teams to significant successes, including multiple titles in the USA Rugby Super League and an impressive inaugural MLR season. Tolkin holds a Master's degree from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree from St. John's University, complemented by a tenure as an English teacher and rugby coach at Xavier High School, reflecting a strong commitment to both education and sports.

Major League Rugby
Major League Rugby is a professional sports league representing the highest rugby competition in North America. The League evolved from seven teams in 2018 to 12 teams in 2023, featuring 11 from the United States and one from Canada. Major League Rugby has experienced significant growth in six years, and the momentum continues as the league and rugby grow throughout North America on the road to the 2031 Rugby World Cup hosted by the United States.
