Andrea Lombardo

Andrea Lombardo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and sports management. Currently serving as a Senior Bilingual Recruiter for BMO Financial Group since May 2022, Andrea has also held positions such as Match Director for Major League Soccer since August 2013 and Coach & Trainer at Vaughan Soccer Club since January 2011. Prior experience includes roles as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner at CIBC and Program Manager for Recruitment & Admissions at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Andrea's career began in professional soccer with Atalanta B.C. from May 2001 to July 2008, complemented by an Honours BA in Communications from York University and an MBA Essentials for Managers from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
