Diego Picon is a seasoned Sports Media and Player Consultant with extensive experience in organizing and managing media operations for various sporting events at local, national, and international levels since 1989. Currently serving as an Assistant Press Officer for the U.S. Soccer Federation, Major League Soccer, and CONCACAF, Diego has played pivotal roles in media operations during significant events, including the Gold Cup Tournament and Women's World Cup Qualifiers. Previous positions include contributions to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, NFL Super Bowl events, and youth tournaments like the Dallas Cup, where Diego has effectively handled media credentialing, distribution of media materials, and support for journalists in press environments. Diego holds a degree in Sports Management from St. Petersburg College, with additional education from The University of Texas at El Paso and Plano Senior High School.
