Francesca del Monte

Francesca Del Monte is currently serving as the Senior Coordinator of Player Engagement at Major League Soccer since July 2023, following a position as a People Operations Analyst at the National Basketball Association from August 2022 to July 2023. With a solid foundation in human resources, Francesca has held roles including Human Resources Generalist at LA TEJA CONTRACTORS & LANDSCAPING, INC., where responsibilities included managing employee relations, hiring, conflict management, and compliance with employment law. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources Development with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Villanova University, along with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Social Relations Policy and Public Policy Analysis from Michigan State University.
