Paul Templeton

Paul Templeton is a seasoned professional in coaching education and player development, currently serving as the Manager of Coaching Education & Player Development at Major League Soccer since January 2023. Previously, roles included Senior Coordinator at Major League Soccer, B05 Pre-Academy Coach, and MLS Academy Assistant Coach at New York Soccer Club, and Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Manhattanville College. With experience as an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Southern Connecticut State University and U16 Boys Head Coach with the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association, Paul has a comprehensive coaching background. Additionally, Paul held positions at Shoreline FC, Cheshire Soccer Club, East Granby High School, and East Granby Public Schools, emphasizing physical education and health. Paul holds a Master of Science in Sports and Entertainment Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Southern Connecticut State University, complemented by an HND in Sport and Exercise Sciences from James Watt College.
