Pedro Ortiz

Pedro Ortiz is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Manager of International Communications for Major League Soccer since July 2023. Prior to this role, Pedro held various positions at San Jose Earthquakes Soccer from May 2019 to July 2023, including Manager and Coordinator of Communications, along with roles in soccer operations and ticket sales at Quakes University. Earlier experiences include working as a Front Desk Agent and Golf Academy Operations Representative at Pebble Beach Resorts from January 2017 to May 2019, and Box Office Representative for the Santa Cruz Warriors from November 2016 to April 2018. Pedro began a career in event planning as a College of Business Special Events Intern at California State University, Monterey Bay. Pedro holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Management from California State University, Monterey Bay and has also completed the Riordan Programs at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
