Allison LaFramboise

Allison LaFramboise, a Managing Director – Client Development with Interim Legal Talent in Chicago, works with law firms and corporations to provide them with more flexible access to high-quality attorney services through interim assignments, special projects or secondee model services without having to add permanent resources. Leveraging her 22+ years of experience as a trusted advisor and communications professional, she focuses on providing clients with guidance and insight that will help them add value to their legal teams.

A natural problem-solver, Allison approaches every engagement with an open mind and understanding that every client’s wants and needs are different and require unique solutions. Using her inquisitive nature, she enjoys drawing out insights from her clients that allow her to ultimately create solutions to address their pain points. Allison takes pride in the relationships she has developed with her clients, serving as a go-to resource every time a challenge presents itself.

Before moving into legal recruiting, Allison was a senior litigation consultant at FTI and Chicago Winter, where she consulted on national and international complex litigation projects for top-tier law firms with high-risk exposure. Allison advised clients on developing strategic themes and producing visuals presentations to be used during trial, arbitration and settlement negotiations.
