Brent Harris

Brent Harris is the Vice President of EMEA & APAC for Major, Lindsey & Africa and Allegis Partners, Allegis Group’s executive search firm. Based in London, he is responsible for developing the strategy for international growth within EMEA and APAC regions for both organizations.

Brent lives in Richmond and is married to Natalie with whom he has three children. In his spare time, he supports a number of charitable organisations in a fundraising capacity, including Macmillan Cancer Trust, Rwanda Aid and the Lawrence Dallaglio Foundation.

Previously, Brent served as regional vice president at our sister operating company, Allegis Group International (formerly Aston Carter). As a founding member of Aston Carter in 1997, he possesses over 20 years of recruitment experience. He was responsible for building and driving the growth of the permanent business predominantly within the UK but also overseas. His sector coverage has included financial services, TMT and management consultancy.
