Cynthia Barnardiston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and legal services. Currently serving as Managing Director for the Interim Legal Group at Major, Lindsey & Africa since July 2020, Cynthia leads initiatives to provide innovative hiring solutions for clients seeking high-caliber legal and compliance professionals. Previously, as Senior Manager of Sales at Axiom from July 2017 to July 2020, Cynthia contributed to enhancing legal service delivery for corporations. Prior experience includes roles as Recruitment Manager for ICT Recruitment at Computer Futures and Recruitment Manager for Oil & Gas at Progressive GE, where Cynthia managed teams focusing on sourcing top candidates across various industries in Southeast Asia. Cynthia began their career as a senior consultant at Progressive Recruitment after earning a degree from The University of Manchester in 2006.
