Heather DiConsiglio

Heather DiConsiglio is a Managing Director – Candidate Development on Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent team. She identifies contract and interim career opportunities for lawyers and legal professionals throughout the New York metro area.

Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Heather was a director with Mestel & Company, a prominent legal recruiting firm based in New York. Even earlier, she was the director of New York recruiting for Atlanta-based Hughes & Sloan, a full service legal recruiting firm.

Heather started her legal career as a commercial litigation attorney with a boutique firm in Connecticut. She was also an intellectual property paralegal before attending law school.
