Keith DiConsiglio

Keith DiConsiglio is a Managing Director in the New York office. He is recognized for his extensive knowledge of the legal market and his long-standing relationships with managing partners, practice group leaders, and recruiting coordinators throughout the AmLaw 200, particularly in NY, NJ and FL. He has worked with these firms over a period of many years, given the successful placement and integration of numerous attorneys at all levels. He is a trusted partner to these firms and has a thorough understanding of their practice areas, strategic needs, and cultures. He collaborates with his law firm clients regarding hiring strategies, compensation structure, interpretation of market trends, and targeted searches.

Keith has successfully placed hundreds of attorneys nationally and internationally, and works primarily with candidates that are personally referred by other lawyers that he has worked with throughout their careers. He is an ardent advocate and career counselor for his candidates. Keith believes strongly in maintaining long-term personal relationships with his candidates, long after they are placed, as he is genuinely interested in the progress of their careers and their professional development. He enjoys strategizing and working with these lawyers in their career planning and is gratified when they achieve their professional goals. His philosophy when working on behalf of candidates and clients is that integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are all of paramount importance.

Keith is passionate about traveling the world, the many great restaurants of NYC, and all beaches. He is a lifelong fan of the Yankees, Giants, U2 and SNL. Keith met his wife Heather on his first day at MLA, in the NY office in 2010. They are both still recruiters with the company. In 2017 they relocated from Manhattan to Hoboken, where they live with their wonderful son Dylan.

After graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law, Keith practiced as a commercial real estate attorney for five years. In 2010, Keith joined Major, Lindsey & Africa in the New York office.
