Naveen Tuli

Naveen Tuli is the Managing Partner of the In-House Counsel Recruiting group in EMEA and APAC and heads the strategy and business development efforts of the operations. He personally focuses on assisting clients with senior-level legal and compliance searches internationally and works closely with the market-leading teams across offices to ensure they provide best-in-class service.

Naveen was born in the UK where he studied and qualified as a Barrister. He spent the majority of his professional legal search career in London before relocating with his family to Delhi in 2013. Due to his broad geographic remit, Naveen now splits his time between the offices across EMEA and APAC.

Naveen initially trained as a Barrister in the UK before moving into search in 1990 with a leading international legal recruitment company. Over the next 25 years, he focused solely on the in-house counsel market and grew the company from a single office in London to a global legal search firm with 15 offices across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. In 2016, Naveen joined Major, Lindsey & Africa and established the Delhi office.

A trusted advisor to senior leadership, Naveen has over three decades experience in sourcing senior legal and compliance professionals for a diverse range of multinational clients across EMEA and APAC. He regularly serves on panels and webinars, speaking on a variety of topics including the legal landscape across the globe, the evolving role of the General Counsel, trends in compensation packages, career planning, retention strategies and other topics that are of interest to lawyers.
